Don’t buy from this brand

Don’t buy from this brand. Not interested in receiving my order today. Customer service was shocking. I was polite but because the lady couldn’t answer my query she just went quiet and refused to speak. I rang back and she put the phone down on me. Appalling.

Customer service they don’t approach to customers they are in the cell phone this is doing nothing we have to help ourselves and asking if somebody’s available to help us …in Aventura terrible customer service

Said I didn’t return one of the items I…

Said I didn’t return one of the items I ordered (and returned) and charged me for it! Of course I returned it so I effectively paid for something I don’t have. Has never happened before with any brand I’m shocked!! £75 lost.
Wish I checked this website before ordering from them, never again, total scam.

Don't buy online - chances are you will not get it

Ordered a pair of shoes online which UPS claim they have delivered to a random pickup location, but when going there, the store says they don't have my package.
I paid for home delivery not for a random store delivery.
When calling customer support, who can't even speak proper English, they said they couldn't do anything about it.
I will make a small court claim just to teach them a lesson. Shame such companies still exist.

Bad quality and no warranty whatsoever

Hello guys,

First it is worth mentioning that I am a customer of Hugo Boss for years. Please, if you purchase a Hugo Boss garment of this so called 'luxury brand' keep in mind one thing! They don't care about you once the sale is made! Why? No matter what happens, they will refer you to the seller and place of purchase! For exemple, you buy something from Amazon and after 3 months you call them because you have a quality issue (my case) and you ask for warranty, they will refer you to Amazon customer service! Ridiculous service and seriously I don't/can't understand what this so called management department is thinking of! A luxury brand, no way!

Please, be serious and take some decent management decisions!

Don't ever purchase from this brand!!

Don't ever purchase from this brand again!! I placed an online order on 10/8 and until today 27/8, there are no updates with the tracking numbers.

Reach out through chat for a couple times, and all of them are not helpful. Tried to call them twice, no answers. Email them twice, no reply.

I located in Canada and this is the first time my package took this long from the US to Canada.

Their representatives are the worst!! didn't even try to come up with a solution or even get in touch with the shipping provider!

I will need my order to arrived by the 31st August to bring it for travel! now I don't even know if it will arrive or not!

Then they send you a green poloshirt instead of black .. so there also colour blind
Customer services is on its ar** for such a big company they enploy people who can speak english probably

Dirty white shirt is within manufacturing tolerance

White shirt no. 1 was dirty - store manager swopped for new one no problem.
White shirt no. 2 had a dirty mark on collar (a weaving fault) - only noticed when I got home. This was for a wedding so store manager identified a different store that had stock and I went to different store and bought no. 3.
White shirt no. 3 fine - except I did not return no. 2 at the same time - kept it as insurance.
Then when I went to return white shirt no.2 was refused - manager clearly did not believe me (I don’t tell lies) and customer services said it was not a manufacturing fault - I worked for a weaving company for 12 years so I do know about these things.
Beware dirty clothes. They've lost 2 customers for life.

I have recently bought a pair of your Hugo flip flops
I am Sorley disappointed in the fact that my feet are that blistered that bad they look like Golerm's from Lord Of The Rings.
When I say that my feet have actually grown In size I could actually catch fish with them and look after the ring of power at the same time is not far from the truth.

Withholding Refund

I purchased a suit on the 11th of july. they decided to only send the pants because the jacket was out of stock. long story short is they lied about having a product in their website sent it anyway then had me send it back. they said they would give me 15% off on another suit after going back and fourth and they would expedite the refund on Monday august 1st to 24-48hours since they fraudulently had items listed and sent them out knowing they were out of stock and now they now have changed their mind and said from the date it was received it will be 2 weeks. contacted the nh consumer protection as well as AG. THEY ALSO RE LISTED THE SUIT TO HAVING 1 in stock which is the pants i sent back. your brand is nowhere near a botuiqe brand your a bunch of frauds.
